Welcome to Strigilis. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Strigilis website, online storefront, content, features, communications, and related services (collectively, the “Site”).

The Site is owned and operated by CHUANCHAOZHANGMR INC (“Strigilis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We offer household cleaning supplies and other products intended to support everyday home care and cleaning.

By accessing the Site, creating an account, submitting information, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Purchases made through the Site may also be governed by our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and any product-specific terms displayed at the time of purchase. These policies are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

1. Eligibility and Acceptance

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to place an order through the Site. If you use the Site on behalf of a business or another organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You may use the Site only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

2. Account and Customer Information

When creating an account or placing an order, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your name, billing information, delivery address, email address, and telephone number.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your account credentials confidential.

  • Ensuring that your delivery address is complete and accurate.

We are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by inaccurate or incomplete information submitted by a customer.

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, images, dimensions, ingredients, specifications, availability, and prices accurately. However, packaging, colors, appearance, and other product details may occasionally vary from what appears on a screen.

Product availability is not guaranteed. We may correct typographical errors, inaccurate descriptions, pricing mistakes, or availability information at any time.

If an error affects an order that you have already placed, we will contact you when reasonably possible. You may be offered the option to confirm the corrected order or cancel it for a refund.

Nothing on the Site should be interpreted as a medical, health, or professional cleaning recommendation. Product performance depends on proper use, the surface being cleaned, environmental conditions, and compliance with the manufacturer’s directions.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Payment

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted.

We may decline or cancel an order for reasonable grounds, including:

  • Product unavailability.

  • Pricing or product-information errors.

  • Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity.

  • Shipping restrictions.

  • Quantity limitations.

  • Legal or regulatory requirements.

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

Prices, applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other costs will be displayed during checkout. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method submitted with your order.

5. Household Cleaning Product Safety

You are responsible for reading and following all product labels, warnings, instructions, ingredient information, storage directions, and disposal requirements before using any household cleaning product purchased through the Site.

Where applicable, you agree to:

  • Use products only for their stated and intended purposes.

  • Never mix cleaning products unless the product label expressly instructs you to do so.

  • Keep cleaning products away from children and pets.

  • Use suitable ventilation and protective equipment when recommended.

  • Test products on a small, inconspicuous area before applying them broadly.

  • Avoid using products on incompatible surfaces or materials.

  • Store products in their original containers and in accordance with label instructions.

  • Discontinue use if irritation, an unexpected reaction, or product damage occurs.

Claims such as “disinfects,” “sanitizes,” or “kills germs” apply only when expressly stated on the applicable product label and when the product is used according to those directions.

In the event of accidental ingestion, exposure, or a serious adverse reaction, stop using the product and contact an appropriate medical professional, poison control service, or emergency service.

6. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk of Loss

Shipping estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

If we are unable to ship an order within the promised time, we will provide notice and any options required by applicable law, which may include consenting to a revised shipping date or canceling the unshipped order for a refund.

You are responsible for providing a secure and accessible delivery location. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, title and risk of loss pass to you when the order is delivered to the delivery address supplied during checkout.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, cancellations, damaged-item claims, and refunds are governed by our posted Return and Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits any return, refund, warranty, or cancellation right that cannot legally be waived.

To request assistance, contact support@strigilis.com and include your order number, a description of the issue, and relevant photographs when applicable.

8. Privacy and Personal Information

Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy.

By using the Site, you acknowledge that information may be processed as described in that policy. Where legally required, we will request consent separately.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content made available through the Site—including trademarks, logos, product photographs, graphics, written content, videos, page layouts, software, and design elements—is owned by or licensed to CHUANCHAOZHANGMR INC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to access and use the Site for personal, lawful, and non-commercial shopping purposes.

Without our prior written permission, you may not:

You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, reproduce, format, display, and use your User Content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, and promote the Site and our products.

You represent that:

  • You own the User Content or have permission to submit it.

  • Your submission is accurate and reflects your genuine experience.

  • Your submission does not infringe intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

  • Your submission is not unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, or obscene.

  • You have disclosed any material connection, payment, discount, or incentive associated with the submission.

We may remove or decline to publish User Content that violates these Terms or applicable law.

12. Third-Party Services and Links

The Site may contain links to or integrations with payment processors, shipping carriers, social media services, or other third-party platforms.

We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their content, availability, privacy practices, security, or separate terms. Your use of a third-party service is governed by the terms and policies of that provider.

13. Electronic Communications

When you place an order, contact us electronically, or use the Site, you consent to receive transactional communications electronically, including order confirmations, shipping notices, account messages, policy disclosures, and customer-service responses.

Marketing communications will be sent only as permitted by applicable law. Where available, you may unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link included in those messages. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from sending necessary transactional communications.

14. Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

If you believe material displayed on the Site infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, please send a written notice to support@strigilis.com containing:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

  • Identification of the protected work you believe has been infringed.

  • Identification and URL of the allegedly infringing material.

  • Your name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.

  • A good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights owner, its agent, or the law.

  • A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act for the rights owner.

We may remove or restrict access to disputed content when appropriate. This section is not a representation that we have registered a designated agent with the United States Copyright Office.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site if we reasonably determine that you:

  • Violated these Terms.

  • Engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity.

  • Created a security or legal risk.

  • Misused our customer-service or ordering systems.

Termination does not affect payment obligations, rights, or liabilities that arose before termination.

16. Disclaimer of Warranties

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE AND ITS GENERAL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SITE WILL ALWAYS BE AVAILABLE, SECURE, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE FROM HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

EXCEPT FOR EXPRESS WRITTEN WARRANTIES PROVIDED WITH A PRODUCT AND RIGHTS THAT CANNOT LEGALLY BE WAIVED, WE DISCLAIM IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE EXTENT SUCH WARRANTIES MAY LAWFULLY BE DISCLAIMED.

NOTHING IN THESE TERMS DISCLAIMS OR LIMITS:

  • An express written product warranty.

  • An implied warranty that cannot legally be disclaimed or limited.

  • Rights provided by applicable consumer-protection law.

  • Liability that cannot legally be excluded.

17. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CHUANCHAOZHANGMR INC AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, EXEMPLARY, PUNITIVE, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM THE SITE OR THESE TERMS.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATING TO A PRODUCT OR ORDER WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT OR ORDER GIVING RISE TO THAT CLAIM.

These limitations do not apply to fraud, willful misconduct, gross negligence, personal injury caused by legally actionable product defects, or any other liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Some jurisdictions do not permit certain warranty exclusions or liability limitations. In those jurisdictions, these provisions apply only to the maximum extent legally permitted.

18. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless CHUANCHAOZHANGMR INC, its officers, employees, contractors, and affiliates from third-party claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal expenses arising from:

  • Your unlawful use of the Site.

  • Your material breach of these Terms.

  • Your infringement of another person’s rights.

  • User Content submitted by you.

  • Your intentional misuse of a product contrary to its label or instructions.

This section does not require a consumer to indemnify us for our own negligence, unlawful conduct, or breach of these Terms.

19. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fires, epidemics, labor disputes, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, supply-chain interruptions, cyberattacks, utility failures, government actions, or changes in law.

This provision does not limit any refund, cancellation, or other right that must be provided under applicable law.

20. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado and applicable federal law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Before filing a formal claim, you and Strigilis agree to make a reasonable effort to resolve the dispute by contacting support@strigilis.com.

Subject to any mandatory rights available under applicable law, legal proceedings relating to these Terms or the Site may be brought in a state or federal court with jurisdiction in Colorado.

Nothing in this section deprives a consumer of mandatory legal protections available in the consumer’s place of residence or prevents a claim from being brought in another forum when applicable law provides that right.

21. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our services, business practices, or legal obligations.

The updated version will be posted on the Site with a revised “Last Updated” date. Material changes will apply prospectively unless applicable law requires otherwise. Changes will not retroactively alter the terms of an order already accepted unless you agree or the law permits the change.

Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms.

22. Severability, Assignment, and No Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted or severed, while the remaining provisions remain effective.

You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms as part of a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Site, subject to applicable law.

Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.

23. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with all policies and product-specific terms incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and CHUANCHAOZHANGMR INC concerning your use of the Site.

If a separately agreed written contract applies to a wholesale or business transaction, that contract will control to the extent of any conflict.
